Teen Anger Management
Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) classes occur on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 12pm - 4pm.
During class, students learn skills on how to communicate their needs and desires effectively, proactively recognize negative emotional responses, control their anger during provocative situations, and decrease both overt and covert aggression as a response to anger.

Sequential analysis of behavioral incidents
Aggressive beliefs and interpretations
Relationship strategies and interpersonal techniques
Anticipation of consequences
Relational aggression and bullying prevention
Teen Anger Management classes are free of charge.
All classes require registration in advance.
Certificates are issued after all sessions have been completed.
