Teen Anger Management

General Overview

Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) classes occur every Monday from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

During class, students learn skills on how to communicate their needs and desires effectively, proactively recognize negative emotional responses, control their anger during provocative situations, and decrease both overt and covert aggression as a response to anger.

  4. Relationship strategies and interpersonal techniques

  5. Self-instruction training

  6. Anticipation of consequences

  7. Problem solving

  8. Relational aggression and bullying prevention

  9. Program review

Class Information

Teen Anger Management classes are free of charge.

 

All classes require registration in advance.

 

Certificates are issued after all sessions have been completed.
