Teen Anger Management
General Overview
Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) classes occur every Monday from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

During class, students learn skills on how to communicate their needs and desires effectively, proactively recognize negative emotional responses, control their anger during provocative situations, and decrease both overt and covert aggression as a response to anger.

Class Information
Teen Anger Management classes are free of charge.
All classes require registration in advance.
Certificates are issued after all sessions have been completed.
