What Is It?
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Aware asks that for the month of October everyone to switch out their porch light(s) with purple bulbs in order to bring awareness and shine a light on the issue of domestic violence in our community.
By participating in the Purple Porch Project you stand with us in spreading awareness about the issue of domestic violence and support survivors.
