Adult Anger Management
Adult Anger Management Classes, which are taught using TCU Mapping - Understanding and Reducing Angry Feelings, are two hours a week for 4 weeks.
This class is designed to help clients better understand and respond to anger in appropriate ways. During each session, clients learn to identify anger triggers, differentiate between healthy and unhealthy anger, to set goals, and to plan strategies for interrupting angry patterns.
